dollar capital projects, developing revenue integrity project improvements, and assisted in maintaining strong community relationships. His experience also includes compliance consulting, real estate negotiations, and operational strategy improvements for healthcare providers and facilities.
Early in his career, Robert worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in risk and regulatory compliance, where he helped clients meet complex anti-money laundering and Bank Secrecy Act requirements.

Felts serves as the firm’s corporate attorney and provides comprehensive legal counsel to businesses of all sizes. Mr. Felts guides his clients through every stage of their corporate lifecycle. His services include entity formation and governance, drafting and negotiating contracts, mergers and acquisitions,
compliance with state and federal regulations, and handling business disputes.

The McCallie School. In his free time, Mr. Felts enjoys spending
time with his wife, Dr. Kimberly Felts, and their three
children. Mr. Felts also enjoys exercising, fishing, and
spending time on his farm in South Carolina.
