Robert Chesser Jr., Esq., recently joined the RMR Legal team, bringing with him extensive experience as the founder and managing attorney of Chesser Legal Solutions, PLLC, a firm that specialized in estate planning. Education:
After earning his degree from East Tennessee State University, Robert attended Lincoln Memorial University, Duncan Law School on a prestigious Presidential Merit Scholarship, where he graduated with honors.
From there, Robert began his career in litigation. During his time as a litigator, Robert saw firsthand the hardships families face when a loved one passes away without a proper legal plan in place. This experience shaped his belief that many of these painful situations can be avoided with thoughtful, individualized legal planning.
While working at a respected law firm in Knoxville Robert was inspired to start his own practice in Chattanooga, dedicated solely to estate planning. Unlike many firms that only handle estate planning matters occasionally, Robert’s law firm is somewhat unique in that it is 100% focused on wills, trusts, and estate planning, allowing him to provide the highest level of care and knowledge. He believes that every estate plan should be customized to meet the unique needs and goals of each family.
Hobbies:
Outside of his legal work, Robert enjoys spending time in the outdoors, whether he’s hiking, fishing, or simply taking in the natural beauty of Chattanooga. He also has a passion for cooking and enjoys coaching basketball, sharing his love for the sport with the local community.
